Inspection & System Preparation

Before applying any coating, we carefully inspect the HVAC system to assess its condition and ensure a good candidate for our protective coating process.

We inspect for:

- Existing corrosion or damage

- Dirt, debris, and salt build up

- Proper airflow and potential issues

Once the inspection is complete, we prepare the coil by degreasing it, followed by a deep clean to remove all contaminants. After cleaning we dry and inspect for cleanliness. This step is critical, as the coating will only bond to a correctly prepared surface.

Professional Coating Application

After the coil is properly prepared, we apply our professional-grade protective coating specifically designed for HVAC systems.

Our coatings are applied evenly to the coil surface to create a protective barrier against moisture, salt air, and environmental exposure. It is formulated to be thin and breathable, allowing proper airflow and heat transfer along with protecting the surface of the coil.

This creates an energy efficient barrier without sacrificing system performance.

Curing & System Check

After the coating is applied it must be given adequate time to properly cure. This allows the coating to fully bond to the coil surface and form a durable, protective barrier. Rushing this step can compromise performance and longevity.

This allows the coating to fully bond to the coil surface application, the coating

. Following curing, a final visual inspection to confirm coverage and quality before retuning the system to normal operation.
