Coil coating is a protective treatment applied to the metal fins and components of your HVAC systems coil. It creates a thin barrier that helps slow down corrosion caused by salt air, irrigation systems, environmental exposure, and other factors. The coating is designed to protect the coil while still allowing proper airflow and heat transfer, helping the system operate as intended for longer.

In many cases existing HVAC systems can be protected, as long as the coil is in servicable condition. Coil coating cannot reverse existing damage, it will slow further corrosion and environmental damage.

Most coil coating services are completed in a single visit, and the air conditioning system is typically only out of service for a few hours. The work is scheduled to minimize disruption and return the system to normal operation as quickly as possible.
